Boxing Day Boom: In 2021, Rightmove reported that Boxing Day visits were 54% higher than the previous year and that there were also more than 51 million visits between then and the first working day of the New Year. Potential buyers have more time on their hands to browse property portals while they're off work and a new house is almost certainly on their list to Santa.
